Balancing part-time roles while studying such as a retail assistant at FILA, production crew at Mediacorp, and content creator during my internship had taught me how to manage time, adapt quickly, and communicate effectively. I gained hands-on experience in customer service, live show production, and content creation across platforms like Instagram and Xiao Hong Shu. These roles strengthened my confidence, responsibility, and problem-solving skills. Working in fast-paced environments also taught me the importance of teamwork and staying composed under pressure. Moving forward, I hope to further develop my creative strategy and stakeholder engagement skills to contribute meaningfully to future marketing and media projects.
